If you're having a professional photographer on hand, make sure they know when and where to take photos. If you're taking photos yourself, make sure to have a camera or smartphone ready. After the visit, make sure to share the photos with your guests so they can cherish the memories.
6) Emphasize Safety
During the Santa Claus visit, it's important to emphasize safety. Make sure the area where Santa will be visiting is safe and secure, especially if children will be present. If you're having a large group of people, make sure to have a plan in place for managing the crowd.
